ARESTRADEX (Kuleen Khona, "we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Market data, trades, positions or strategies. These stay on your PC.
- Broker passwords, API secrets or TOTP codes. Our software keeps them encrypted on your PC and sends them only to your broker.
- Card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay processes payments; we receive only the payment status.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The customer portal uses one sign-in cookie, needed for it to work.
Who we share data with
Only service providers needed to run our business: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (licence and invoice emails), Cloudflare (website and network security). We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Purchase and invoice records: as long as tax law requires (at least eight years). Licence records: while the licence exists and two years after. Support messages: three years.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data (except records we must keep by law), and withdraw consent for optional uses. Write to support@arestradex.com. We reply within 30 days.
