These terms are an agreement between you and Kuleen Khona, trading as ARESTRADEX (sole proprietorship, Andheri, India) — "we", "us". By using arestradex.com, the customer portal or our software you accept them.
1. Our products
ARESTRADEX sells licences to use Windows software. Our software does not include market data, investment advice, research, recommendations or order execution services of any broker. Market data used by our software comes from your own broker account.
2. Accounts and licence keys
- A licence key is issued to the email address used at purchase and is for one computer unless your plan says otherwise.
- Keep your key private. You are responsible for activity under your key.
- You may move a licence to a new computer yourself through the customer portal, within the limits shown there.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available in the customer portal.
4. Time-limited licences and renewals
Time-limited licences work until their expiry date. Renewing extends the same key; we may send reminders before expiry. Prices for renewals are those on sale at the time you renew.
5. Acceptable use
You must not copy, resell, share, rent or sublicense licence keys; reverse engineer or bypass licensing; use the software to break your broker's or an exchange's terms; or redistribute market data you receive. We may suspend a licence that is abused, after telling you why.
6. Third-party services
Our software connects to services we do not control — your broker's API, AmiBroker, MetaStock, Advanced GET and others. Their availability, fees and terms are between you and them.
7. No advice and no warranty
Trading involves risk of loss. Software and data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Read the risk disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any dispute, please write to support@arestradex.com — most issues are settled within a few days.
